The bed was clean and comfortable, and the room had all the necessary facilities for our Xmas stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to the metro and tram stops, as well as plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. the staff members were welcoming and provided us with helpful recommendations for local attractions.
It appeared that they were more focused on getting their job done than catering to guests' needs. we noticed that the area around the hotel had several homeless people, which made us feel uncomfortable walking around at night.
